Tom
Kennedy, Principal Tom Kennedy is an Associated Press award-winning
broadcaster and teacher of strategic communication. He has over 20 years of
on-air media experience and 10 years' strategic communications consulting
experience with CEOs and senior executives of international companies such as
IBM, Roche, Bosch, Hewlett-Packard, MIT, and Fleet. Tom specializes in helping
his clients successfully develop and deliver focused, effective, and memorable
messages, internally and externally, including the effective use of the Web,
print, and broadcast media.
Prior to forming The Kennedy Group in 1992, Tom had
top-rated on-air TV and radio experience, as well as program management
experience, in five major markets across the US, including Boston, San
Francisco, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Jacksonville. He thoroughly understands
regional communications strategies within the United States and has a broad
knowledge of worldwide strategic corporate communications and cross-cultural
protocols.
Tom is a Certified Management Consultant by the
Institute of Management Consultants and a regular speaker to IMC groups, a
member and former board member of The Society of Professional Consultants, a
professional member of the National Speakers Association and on the faculty of
the Communications Studies Department at Emerson College with campuses in
Boston, Brussels, and Los Angeles. |
